Welcome to the subscription service of Mirel, a creative tool designed for art enthusiasts, journal creators, and families seeking interactive activities. This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and guidelines for using the App’s optional Subscription Service, which provides additional premium features beyond the App’s free core functionality. By subscribing to the Subscription Service, you agree to comply with all the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not subscribe to the Subscription Service.
Mirel’s core features (text-to-doodle generation, basic line customization, online coloring, standard export, and basic sharing) with no account required. The Subscription Service is an optional add-on that unlocks premium features to enhance your creative experience, and this Agreement applies solely to users who choose to subscribe to these premium features.
1.1 No Account Required: Consistent with Mirel’s overall design, the Subscription Service does not require you to create an account, log in with credentials, or provide personal identification information. Your subscription will be linked directly to your device (e.g., via your device’s app store account) to ensure seamless access without additional login steps.
1.2 Premium Features: By subscribing, you will unlock the following premium features (subject to updates and improvements):
2.1 Subscription Periods: The Subscription Service is available in flexible periods, including monthly and annual options. You may choose the period that best fits your needs, and your subscription will remain active for the full duration you select.
2.2 Automatic Renewal: To ensure you do not lose access to premium features, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period, unless you disable automatic renewal before the end of the current period. You can disable automatic renewal at any time through your device’s app store settings — no additional steps are required in the App.
2.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period—you will retain access to premium features until the period expires, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused time in the current period. If you cancel automatic renewal before the end of the current period, your subscription will not renew, and you will revert to using the App’s free core features once the period ends.
3.1 Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed through your device’s official app store. Mirel does not collect, store, or process any of your payment information—all billing details (e.g., credit card, debit card, or app store balance) are managed directly by the app store, in accordance with their own privacy and billing practices.
3.2 Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed clearly in the App at the time of subscription, and they may be updated from time to time (we will notify you of any price changes through the App before they take effect). Prices do not include any applicable taxes, which are determined and collected by the app store based on your location.
4.1 Personal Use Only: The Subscription Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription access with others (e.g., family members, friends) or use the premium features for commercial purposes.
4.2 Device Limitations: Your subscription is linked to a single device (the device you used to subscribe). If you switch devices, you may need to re-subscribe or restore your subscription through your app store account—please follow the app store’s instructions for restoring purchases to access premium features on a new device.
4.3 Compliance with App Usage Rules: Your use of the Subscription Service is subject to the Mirel User Agreement (separate from this Subscription Agreement). You agree to comply with all guidelines in the User Agreement, including those related to appropriate content creation, fair usage, and prohibited activities. Failure to comply with the User Agreement may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription access.
5.1 Feature Updates: We may add, remove, or modify premium features from time to time to improve the Subscription Service. Any significant changes to premium features will be notified to you through the App, and your continued use of the Subscription Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated features.
5.2 Subscription Plan Changes: We may adjust subscription plans (e.g., add new periods, modify prices) in the future. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price increases or plan changes until their current subscription period ends—you will have the option to renew at the new terms or cancel your subscription.
6.1 Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling automatic renewal through your app store settings, or by contacting our support team. As noted in Section 2.3, termination takes effect at the end of your current subscription period, and no partial refunds are provided.
6.2 Our Right to Suspend/End Access: We reserve the right to suspend or end your subscription access if we determine that you have violated this Agreement or the Mirel User Agreement (e.g., sharing subscription access, using premium features for commercial purposes, or engaging in prohibited activities). We will attempt to notify you of any such action if possible, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current period if the violation is minor. For serious violations, we may end access immediately to protect the Subscription Service and other users.
6.3 Reverting to Free Usage: After your subscription ends (whether by cancellation, termination, or expiration), you will automatically revert to using the App’s free core features. All premium features will be disabled, but any doodles or content you created using premium features will remain accessible (you will not lose your work).
7.1 No Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the Subscription Service due to technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. If you experience persistent issues with the Subscription Service that prevent you from using premium features, please contact our support team to request assistance—we will work to resolve the issue, and may offer a refund or extension of your subscription period at our discretion.
7.2 No Transfer: Your subscription is non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or gift your subscription to another user or device, unless explicitly permitted by the app store’s terms and conditions.
